Cooking Instructions -
Keep water to boil for steaming the Dhokla batter.
2) Grease the baking plate with oil & preheat it in a steaming vessel.
3) Take the contents of the pack & add gently 50ml of water. Stir well in one direction to make a smooth batter. Make sure there are no lumps.
4) Pour the batter into the greased
plate till half level as soon as you mix it. Steam on high flame for 15 minutes.
5) For tadka, heat 1tsp oil, add 1tsp mustard seeds, sesame seeds and green chillies and 3tsp water. Spread evenly over.
6) Garnish with grated coconut & chopped coriander leaves.
